About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Manager
- Carbon Services to lead our sustainability and carbon services portfolio. The incumbent will be responsible for business growth, P&L; management, customer engagement, technical excellence, and team leadership across a broad range of sustainability solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & P&L; Management
• Own and deliver revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans for sustainability services.
• Define annual budgets, pricing strategies, and financial objectives.
• Monitor business performance and drive sustainable profitability. Business Development
• Identify and develop new market opportunities.
• Drive sales growth through client acquisition and cross-selling initiatives.
• Build strategic relationships with industry associations and regulatory bodies.
• Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and client forums. Technical Delivery & Client Management
• Oversee successful delivery of sustainability and carbon projects.
• Ensure high-quality technical execution and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the escalation point for key accounts and strategic projects.
• Conduct advisory workshops and technical consultations for clients. Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor,



and develop a high-performing sustainability team.
• Support hiring, capability building, and employee development.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement best practices. Governance & Quality
• Ensure compliance with relevant international standards and frameworks.
• Lead technical reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Service Areas & Technical Expertise Candidates should have strong expertise in one or more of the following:
• Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM)
• Carbon Markets (Voluntary & Compliance)
• Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
• Environmental Product Declarations (EPD)
• Product Carbon Footprint (PCF)
• GHG Accounting & Verification
• Carbon Neutrality Assurance
• Zero Waste to Landfill (ZWL)
• ESG & Sustainability Frameworks Required Experience & Qualifications
• Master's degree in environmental engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Climate Studies, or a related discipline.
• 12-15 years of experience in Sustainability Consulting, Carbon Services, or Environmental Advisory.
• Proven track record in P&L; ownership and business growth.
• Experience managing teams and client portfolios.
• Strong exposure to carbon management, climate advisory, or ESG consulting. Preferred Certifications
• GHG Accounting
• Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
• SBTi
• Carbon Markets / VCM Certifications
• Carbon Services Manager/Lead
• LCA / GHG Verification Expert with business leadership experience.
