· 5-day work week The role, in one line You'll work closely with senior team members and the marketing team to edit videos, create motion graphics, and design creatives — in a fast-paced, high-volume workflow. What you'll do
• Edit videos for ads, social media, and product content following the given brief and brand guidelines
• Create motion graphics such as text animations, lower thirds, transitions, and animated elements in After Effects, using templates and presets where available
• Design social media creatives, banners, thumbnails, and layout adaptations in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Resize and adapt videos and creatives for different platforms and formats
• Deliver a high volume of work within tight daily and weekly deadlines
• Implement revisions quickly and accurately based on feedback from seniors and the marketing team
• Organise project files, assets, and exports in a clean, shared structure
• Try out Gen AI tools to support design and editing tasks

What you'll need
• Up to 2 years of experience in video editing and graphic design (strong freshers with an excellent portfolio may be considered)
• Fast, clean editing with working knowledge of motion graphics
• Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (primary editing tool)




• Working proficiency in Adobe After Effects (motion graphics)
• Working proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (graphic design)
• Working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or any other vector-based software (logos, icons, layouts)
• Good basic understanding of typography, colour, layout, and pacing
• Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive, high volume tasks with accuracy
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly
• A portfolio or showreel — share your best video edits, motion graphics, and design work Nice to have
• Exposure to Gen AI tools for image, video, or design workflows
• Basic knowledge of sound design or colour correction
• Experience with Canva or similar online design/editing platforms (CapCut, Figma, VEED, etc.) What you'll get
