Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries through voice, email, and chat support channels.
• Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
• Accurately enter, update, and manage customer information across multiple systems and databases.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns, provide appropriate resolutions, and escalate complex issues when required.
• Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency. Required Skills




• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and data management skills. Eligibility Criteria
• Freshers from the 2025 and 2026 pass-out batches.
• Arts & Science graduates only.
• Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a willingness to work in the US Shift. Educational Qualifications
