Job Overview: SoftClouds LLC is looking for Project Manager with at least 8 years of experience as a Project Managermanaging application solution implementations, software development, production support or a combination of theseareas as part of a consulting or enterprise organization. This role is client-facing as well as internally facing and is the mainday-to-day contact in managing the SoftClouds’ implementation team and supporting client projects and/or internalSoftClouds’ projects.Required Skills and Experience: • At least 8 years of experience, with hands-on project planning, execution, and management with a focus onscope, schedule, budget and management of client satisfaction.• At least 8 years of experience with industry standard SDLC based methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile andHybrid Waterfall/Agile approaches.• Must have experience in managing projects implementing Oracle on-prem and/or Oracle Cloud Solutions, with atleast 3 full lifecycle implementations in the role of PM.• Functional knowledge of one or more Oracle CX modules (e.g., Sales, Service, Fusion etc.), sufficient to managecross-functional implementation teams effectively• Strong skills related to risk and issue identification and management of mitigating actions• Experience in planning, execution, and management of Integration and UAT test events, with at least 2 differentprojects performing the role of test manager.• Background and prior experience managing teams as a Business Analyst,



Functional or Technical Consultant,Developer and/or QA tester with demonstrated advancement of increased responsibility and knowledge.• Knowledge of and/or experience in performing and/or managing teams delivering Organizational ChangeManagement.• Knowledge of and/or experience in performing and/or managing teams delivering Train the Trainer and/or EndUser Training• Experience in planning, execution, and management of Big Bang, Incremental and/or Phased releases, with atleast 2 different projects analyzing, producing, and managing a release plan• Experience in planning, execution, and management of post Go Live production support, with at least 2 differentprojects managing post-go live production support, the team and the processes.• Experience in managing projects and teams across global locations and engaging via phone and/or text chatwith clients and/or SoftClouds’ team members during non-office hours.• To provide weekly status reports and other communications to customers and act as a point-person for requestsfor information and support. Work with dedicated TM’s, project leads for Project tracking and managementactivities.• Work with SoftClouds and customer teams to understand business requirements and main custodian ofBRD/Requirements / Traceability Matrix/ Business Analysis /Experience in business analysis, requirementsgathering, and solution design.• Work with Customers and the Customer teams to schedule delivery of project milestones.• Enforce professional work ethics and time management• Work with TM/Project Lead / Scrum Master for task management and weekly status report preparation.• Approval of all projects assigned associates times sheets• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.• Experience in Project management role,



preferably in a Secure Agile.• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.RequirementsQualifications: • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiplebusiness and technology organizations with both client and internal SoftClouds’ teams.• Mandatory: Must have experience in managing projects implementing Oracle on-prem and/or Oracle CloudSolutions, with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations in the role of PM.• Functional knowledge of one or more Oracle CX modules (e.g., Sales, Service, Fusion etc.), sufficient to managecross-functional implementation teams effectively• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork,innovation, and excellence.• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility,solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives.• Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal andexternal resources, while holding team accountable for performance.• Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills, both written andoral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management.• Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers.• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.• Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to adapt to change andcompeting demands.• Ability to perform other duties and responsibilities, as necessary.
