Join as a crucial member of Fresh Prints’ Finance Team (Remote Working)Description of the role:As a member of our Finance Team, you're going to have wide-ranging responsibilities and goals. However, your primary focus will be to help manage our entire invoice collection process. You will be responsible for making sure we receive timely payments of over $40 million a year in revenue. On a day-to-day basis, this means:Following up with customers on open and overdue invoicesHandling case escalations and complex invoicesCoordinating with Universities, Student organizations, and companies on invoice paymentsTracking and reporting on overall collections metricsApplying check and Venmo payments to invoicesTaking card payments over the phoneApplying discounts and refunds to invoicesThe Unknown - we're always looking to find current ways to improve, and we also want you to take ownership of projects you think can add valueAnalyzing invoice-level and portfolio-level data to determine priorities, plan collection efforts, and drive timely payments.Requirements2+ years of experience in the Finance/Collections/Accounts Receivable fieldExcellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a mustCustomer centricGood problem-solving skillsPersonal AttributesProactive:
