About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with solid expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Commercial Lines. The role involves bridging business and technology teams, translating insurance requirements into effective product configurations and technical solutions, and driving end-to-end implementation of core insurance platforms in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Key Resposibilities: Contribute to product vision, business architecture, and modern P&C; insurance solutions. Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases within Agile/Scrum teams. Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and data flow modeling to define functional solutions. Apply P&C; standards such as ACORD, ISO, ERC, rating logic, and form configurations. Lead functional testing, UAT, QA validation, and end-user training.
