Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead – Residential Sales with prior experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) firm. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing a sales team, driving site visits, and achieving residential sales targets. Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of residential sales professionals.
• Distribute and monitor leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Drive site visits, negotiations, and property closures.
• Set and achieve team sales targets.
• Track individual and team performance.
• Coach and motivate the team to improve conversions.
• Maintain solid knowledge of the luxury/premium residential market. Qualifications
