• Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews
• Manage multiple technical & non-technical requirements
• Understand client requirements and deliver relevant talent
• Build solid, ready-to-hire talent pipelines
• Manage candidates throughout the hiring journey and ensure a great experience ? What We’re Looking For
• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment
• Strong sourcing & candidate assessment skills




• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with ATS & recruitment tools
• Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
