Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise day-to-day engineering and site execution activities for the commercial project.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor quality, progress, manpower, and material requirements as per project timelines.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and ensure execution as per approved standards.
• Identify and resolve site-level technical issues and ensure timely closure of snags.
• Coordinate with MEP and other project teams to ensure effective integration of works.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project specifications. Qualification & Experience
• B.
E./B.
Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in commercial/IT Park or large-scale projects.
• Solid knowledge of site execution, project coordination, quality control, and contractor management.
