Requirements:
• MBBS or equivalent medical degree with a specialization in Orthopedic Surgery (D.
O., DNB, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 1 year of post-graduation clinical experience in orthopedic trauma, preferably in a hospital or trauma center setting.
• Proven experience in managing acute fractures, joint injuries, and trauma-related orthopedic emergencies.
• Proficiency in orthopedic surgical techniques, including open and closed reduction, casting, traction, and fixation methods.
• Solid knowledge of imaging interpretation and diagnostic tools used in orthopedic trauma.
• Excellent clinical decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in emergency and high-acuity environments.
• Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous quality improvement.
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent regulatory body).
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts and on-call duties as required.
