- Analytics, Accuracy, Approach, Action, and Adaptability by transforming operational challenges into scalable digital solutions and actionable insights, enabling measurable improvements in operational performance, productivity, and service delivery. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
• Champion Network Operational Excellence through automation, digital transformation, and continuous process innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale digital solutions, including portals, dashboards, and applications, from concept to value realization.
• Convert operational challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, visibility, decision-making, and performance.
• Own the requirements governance framework, including FRS definition, stakeholder alignment, approvals, and solution adoption.
• Partner with SNOC, Circle Operations, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive operational improvements.




• Drive data-led decision making by developing actionable insights, KPI frameworks, and performance management dashboards.
• Solve complex operational problems through root cause analysis, process redesign, and sustainable corrective actions.
• Institutionalize the Five A Principles (Analytics, Accuracy, Approach, Action & Adaptability) to foster a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
