Experience:
1-3 Years Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate – Audit with 1–3 years of relevant experience and a Semi CA qualification/background. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of accounting, statutory audits, and tax audits, along with strong analytical skills and good proficiency in MS Excel. The candidate will support the audit team in executing audit assignments, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely completion of assigned activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and execution of statutory audit assignments.
• Perform audit procedures, verify financial records, and maintain proper audit documentation.
• Assist in tax audit activities and preparation of relevant schedules and supporting documents.
• Review accounting records and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
• Perform account reconciliations and identify discrepancies or unusual transactions.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements, schedules, and audit working papers.
• Support the team in maintaining proper accounting records and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to obtain required financial information and supporting documents.




• Ensure timely completion of assigned audit and accounting activities.
• Use MS Excel for financial analysis, reconciliations, reporting, and audit-related work.
• Follow applicable accounting, audit, and tax requirements. Required

• Good proficiency in MS Excel – Mandatory

• Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally Preferred:
• Candidates who have completed part of the CA course and are currently a Semi CA / CA dropout are preferred.
• Prior experience in an audit firm, accounting firm, or similar finance environment will be an advantage.
• ERP knowledge is not mandatory.
• Experience in a similar industry is preferred.
