Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and career development. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives. Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial planning and reporting. Implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Strategic Planning Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term financial strategies and business plans. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support strategic decision-making. Reporting Generate and present monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including key performance indicators (KPIs). Financial Analysis Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases. Budgeting And Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting process, including the preparation of budget templates and guidelines. Develop and maintain financial forecasts, analyzing variances between actual and forecasted results.
