• Manage and support Certification Systems to ensure high availability, stability, and operational readiness of critical certification environments.
• Execute and support application deployments, configuration changes, upgrades, and releases across certification platforms.
• Monitor system health, performance, and uptime, ensuring timely identification and resolution of technical issues.
• Provide end-to-end runtime support and troubleshooting for application, infrastructure, database, and network-related issues.
• Coordinate with banks, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of certification activities and issue resolution.
• Drive major incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
• Implement automation initiatives using scripting, AI tools, and operational automation platforms to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Enhance service reliability through proactive monitoring, trend analysis, capacity planning, and continuous process improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, knowledge repositories, and management reports.
• Contribute to the growth and modernization of Certification Systems through innovation, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.



Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain the application uptime with zero delays, downtimes.
• Coordinating and communication with stakeholders on tech related issues, technical standards deviation & solution implementation.
• Provide outstanding support to banks and address the technical issues.
• Expertise in resolving technical issues.
• Drive complex or major incident resolution.
• Maintain high availability and uptime of certification systems and environments.
• Manage deployments, upgrades, patches and configuration changes.
• Provide technical support to banks and partners during certification activities.
• Drive resolution of complex technical and runtime issues within SLA.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Implement automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Perform proactive monitoring, trend analysis and service improvement initiatives.
• Prepare RCA reports and recommend preventive actions. Skills Needed
• AI-assisted Operations (AIOps) and Intelligent Monitoring Concepts.
• Linux/Unix Administration.
• Log Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Database Fundamentals (PostgreSQL/Cassandra, Mardia DB).
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
• Shell Scripting (Basic to Intermediate).
• Solid understanding of payment systems (UPI, IMPS, AEPS, NFS, RuPay or similar).
