About the RoleWe are looking for a confident and well-spoken Female Business Development Manager to develop and manage business opportunities with Government departments, institutions, and government organizations across India.

The role is primarily field-based and involves regular travel to meet government officials, understand requirements, present company products, and build strong professional relationships.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with government departments and institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within the government sector.
- Visit government offices, institutions, and project sites for meetings and discussions.
- Meet senior government officials and other key decision-makers.
- Present and explain company products and solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for suitable solutions.




- Follow up on ongoing government projects, enquiries, and proposals.
- Coordinate with the sales, technical, and management teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain regular reporting of meetings, visits, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Travel across different cities/states as required for business development activities.
- Candidate RequirementsFemale candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- Experience in Government Sales / Institutional Sales / B2G Sales / Business Development will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of professional communication and relationship management.
- Confident personality with the ability to interact with senior government officials.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Good presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Candidates from medical equipment, sports science equipment, fitness equipment, healthcare, or related industries will be preferred.
