Pine Labs is looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused professionals to drive **Pay4 business growth, EMI sales, and Pay-Later transactions** across non-electronics retail categories, including Furniture, Health & Wellness, Fashion, Lifestyle, Travel, and Education.

The role involves promoting **Credit Card EMI, Debit Card EMI, and Pay-Later solutions**, increasing customer awareness, strengthening merchant relationships, and driving business growth across assigned retail stores.

? **Eligibility Criteria**





✅ Graduate / Undergraduate

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, BFSI, Fintech, or Merchant Acquisition

✅ Two-wheeler is mandatory

✅ Strong communication, customer-handling, and sales skills

✅ Ability to achieve business targets and drive merchant engagement

? **Key Responsibilities**

- Conduct EMI training sessions for store staff.

- Promote EMI options directly to walk-in customers.

- Educate store managers about EMI benefits and business growth opportunities.

- Drive customer awareness and increase EMI transactions across assigned stores.

- Build strong relationships with store managers and retail partners.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and improve EMI penetration.
