Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join us as Housekeeping Trainees at The Hosteller. The selected candidates will undergo a structured 6-month training program to learn housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and guest service practices.

The objective of this training program is to equip candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming workplace for our guests while ensuring adherence to the company's quality and safety standards.

- Job ResponsibilitiesPerform cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, bed making, bathroom cleaning, and polishing under the guidance of the housekeeping team.
- Learn and follow standard housekeeping procedures to maintain cleanliness across guest rooms and common areas.
- Assist in inspecting rooms and ensuring they meet the company's cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Learn the proper use, handling, and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials.
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, shortages, or other concerns to the supervisor.
- Assist in checking and replenishing housekeeping supplies and consumables as required.




- Respond to guest requests politely and professionally, with support from senior team members.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and company policies during the training period.
- Participate actively in on-the-job training and complete assigned learning activities.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure a comfortable and pleasant guest experience.
- Requirements and SkillsEducational Qualification: Minimum 08th pass.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior housekeeping experience is not required.

- Training Duration: 6 months of structured on-the-job training.
- Willingness to Learn: Enthusiasm to learn housekeeping operations and hotel industry practices.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow instructions carefully.
- Communication Skills: Basic communication skills and a positive attitude.
