Gross salary: ₹3.6-5 lakh per year

We're looking for an experienced food-manufacturing quality professional to lead our existing team and own plant quality and food safety end to end.

Responsibilities:

• Lead QA/QC from incoming materials to finished-product checks and release.

• Lead customer and external audits, internal inspections and corrective-action closure.

• Maintain food-safety, hygiene and quality systems and records.

• Handle quality complaints, root-cause analysis and prevention of repeat issues.

• Guide the quality team and report quality risks to management.

Profile:





• Proven independent responsibility for food-manufacturing quality systems and audits.

• Practical knowledge of HACCP, QMS/FSMS and food-safety compliance.

• Food Technology, Food Science or a related qualification with relevant experience.

• Snacks, chips or fried-food experience preferred.

• Able to work at the Tihu plant.
