World Ways Immigration is hiring a motivated and confident Telecaller, Telecalling Executive, and Telesales Executive to join our immigration consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, inbound calling, lead generation, client follow-ups, sales conversion, and customer relationship management.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, convincing power, and an interest in sales, customer support, visa consultancy, and overseas immigration services. Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced candidates from telecalling, telesales, BPO, call centres, travel agencies, or immigration consultancy are welcome to apply.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and handle incoming client enquiries to generate business leads.
- Perform telecalling, telesales, cold calling, and lead generation to connect with potential clients.
- Explain immigration consultancy, visa assistance, overseas job opportunities, and related services to interested customers.
- Follow up with potential clients through phone calls and WhatsApp to improve lead conversion.
- Understand customer requirements and schedule appointments with immigration counsellors.
- Convince interested prospects to visit the office for counselling and further consultation.
- Handle customer queries,



maintain client relationships, and provide skilled customer support.
- Maintain daily calling reports, lead databases, follow-up records, and client information.
- Achieve daily calling targets, appointment booking targets, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team and immigration counsellors to ensure effective client handling.

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

- Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.
