Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive Storekeeper & Dispatch Executive to manage daily order preparation, dispatch planning, delivery staff allocation, and stock handling. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are prepared accurately as per invoices and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

* Order Preparation: Pick, check, and pack products accurately according to sales invoices and order details.

* Dispatch Management: Plan and coordinate daily dispatches to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

* Delivery Staff Allocation: Assign delivery staff and delivery routes based on order locations, delivery priorities, and workload.

* Invoice Verification: Verify invoices against the products picked and packed before dispatch.

* Stock Management: Maintain proper stock records and ensure systematic storage of products in the warehouse.

* Loading & Dispatch: Coordinate loading of goods and ensure the correct orders are handed over to the respective delivery staff.

* Delivery Coordination: Track dispatches, coordinate with delivery staff,



and resolve delivery-related issues.

* Documentation: Maintain dispatch registers, delivery records, stock movement records, and pending order reports.

* Inventory Control: Monitor stock availability, identify discrepancies, and report low stock or damaged products to management.

* Daily Reporting: Share daily updates on orders dispatched, pending deliveries, and any operational issues.

Skills & Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or dispatch management.

* Good organisational and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage delivery staff and allocate daily delivery routes efficiently.

* Basic knowledge of invoices, stock registers, and inventory management.

* Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and billing or inventory software.

* Honest, punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.

* Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced dispatch environment.

Someone who can take ownership of daily warehouse and dispatch operations, ensure zero or minimal order errors, manage delivery staff effectively, and make sure every order reaches the right customer on time.
