Job Description:

Business Development Executive (BDE)Growthora Advisory Private Limited is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executives to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, explaining company services, following up with prospects, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through cold calling and other sources.
- Contact potential clients and explain company services.
- Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with clients.
- Update lead details and follow-up status in the CRM.
- Maintain daily calling reports and sales records.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader and Business Development Manager.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Identify new customers and potential business opportunities.




- Negotiate with clients and support the sales closure process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Required Skills:

- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and client handling.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
