Short Brief: Welder (SS/MS) , Panel Wiring

Welding: Fabricate and weld SS (304/316) and MS structures, frames, enclosures and skids as per drawings. TIG/MIG/ARC welding, grinding, finishing and polishing. Follow PPE and safety rules.

Panel Wiring: Assemble and wire control/power panels as per schematics. Mount MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays and terminals. Do neat ferruling, lugging and labelling. Test continuity and insulation before handover.

Purchase: Raise requisitions from BOMs, get quotations, compare and negotiate rates, place POs, follow up on delivery, and inspect incoming material. Maintain supplier records and stock.

Machine Shop Follow-up: Hand over drawings with transparent instructions, read basic dimensions and tolerances, track job progress and deadlines, check finished parts with a vernier, and report deviations.

General: Coordinate with production, design and stores. Keep job cards and purchase records. Maintain 5S and meet delivery schedules.

Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Welding/Electrical/Mechanical), hands-on welding and wiring experience, basic drawing reading, and basic Excel/purchase knowledge.
