Experience: 4–8 Years (Retail Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete day-to-day retail store operations.
- Lead, supervise and motivate a team of 25–30 employees.
- Monitor daily sales targets and team performance.
- Manage inventory, stock availability and shrinkage control.
- Ensure excellent customer service and complaint resolution.
- Supervise billing, cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS and performance reports.
- Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, training and discipline.
- Improve store productivity, sales and operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

- Retail Store Management Experience – Mandatory.
- Experience managing a team of 25–30 employees – Strongly Preferred.
- Solid leadership,



communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of retail sales, inventory and store operations.
- Experience in garments, fashion or lifestyle retail preferred.
- Basic computer and MIS reporting knowledge.
