Key responsibilities
- Develop business with builders, contractors, architects, engineers, and real estate developers.
- Visit construction sites to promote products and generate sales leads.
- Maintain relationships with clients and site team,
- send quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on orders and payments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and identify current market opportunities.
- Monitor competitors, market prices, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team, logistics, and management to ensure timely delivery.
