REAL ESTATE SALES AND PRE SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers and understand their property requirements

Generate and follow up with leads through calls WhatsApp and other communication channels

Explain residential and commercial property projects including location amenities pricing and payment plans

Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers

Follow up with customers regularly and convert qualified leads into successful bookings

Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process

Coordinate with the sales team and channel partners to achieve monthly sales targets

Update customer information lead status and follow up details in CRM





Attend customer meetings property presentations and site visits when required

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Candidate Requirements

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in real estate sales or pre sales will be an advantage

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets

Basic knowledge of MS Office CRM and WhatsApp communication
