- Job responsibilitiesCall prospective students and parents using leads provided by the company.
- Explain IITPLANET's online courses and educational programs.
- Understand students' learning needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and messages.
- Convert enquiries into course bookings and student admissions.
- Maintain lead details and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily calling, booking and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer questions professionally.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales or pre-sales is preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
