- Key Responsibilities:Source car loan business through dealerships, direct sales activities, referrals, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual disbursement targets for current and used car loans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers and key business partners.
- Generate leads, conduct customer meetings, and convert prospects into loan customers.
- Collect, verify, and process customer documents as per company guidelines.
- Conduct customer profiling and preliminary credit assessment.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for timely loan approvals and disbursements.
- Ensure adherence to KYC, regulatory, and company compliance requirements.
- Monitor portfolio quality and assist in collection activities to minimize delinquency.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and MIS records.
- Participate in promotion campaigns, dealer meets, vehicle exhibitions, and marketing activities.

- Experience:0-1 years of experience in Car Loans, Vehicle Finance, Banking, NBFC, or Retail Asset Sales.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Required Skills:Knowledge of Car Loan products and vehicle finance processes.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
