We are looking for responsible and dedicated Site Engineers to conduct property inspections and collect the necessary details for property valuation reports.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Visit residential, commercial, and other properties for valuation inspections.
- Inspect the property and collect land, building, and measurement details.
- Take photographs of the property, building, road access, and surroundings.
- Collect property documents and relevant information from the applicant or contact person.
- Record the property location, Google Maps coordinates, and site observations.
- Coordinate with the office team and report makers to ensure timely report completion.
- Complete assigned site visits within the specified timelines.
- Travel to different locations as per assigned work requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of building construction and property measurements is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Maps and smartphone applications.
- Valuable communication skills and willingness to travel for site visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
