Job Responsibilities:

- Promote rooftop solar solutions under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana and commercial and industrial solar projects.
- Generate leads through field visits, telecalling, digital marketing, referrals, and local business partnerships.
- Educate customers about solar systems, government subsidies, financing options, electricity savings, and installation procedures.
- Coordinate customer registration, site surveys, quotations, documentation, installation, and after-sales support.
- Develop relationships with retailers, electricians, dealers, and local business partners to expand market reach.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, maintain customer records, and provide regular sales and performance reports.
- Coordinate with technical, installation, finance, and customer support teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Specific Requirements:





- Positive communication, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of solar energy and willingness to learn about rooftop solar systems and government schemes.
- Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- Basic smartphone and computer skills for digital customer registration and reporting.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and field activities, where required.
- Prior experience in solar sales, field marketing, telecalling, or business development is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
