- Explain the company's services and assist customers with their queries.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain daily call records and customer information.
- Follow company guidelines and compliance policies during customer interactions.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.




- Basic knowledge of the share market is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Previous telesales or financial services experience is preferred.
- Working Days & TimingsMonday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: Fixed Weekly Off
