Job Summary

Desi Farms is looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries through calls and chat, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

- Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, missed calls, chats, and customer tickets.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Operations teams to resolve issues.
- Track pending tickets and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain customer interaction records and escalate unresolved issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Experience in customer support, voice, or chat processes preferred.
- Solid problem-solving, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
