About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally skilled Marketing Executive & Graphic Designer to manage our online presence and support the growth of our commercial real estate business across India.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating engaging social media content, designing marketing creatives, assisting with video shoots, editing videos, and managing our website and social media platforms.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing activities to promote commercial properties, rental opportunities, and real estate investment opportunities.
- Graphic Designing: Create skilled posters, banners, brochures, property listings, promotional creatives, and social media posts.
- Video Shoots & Editing: Assist in planning and conducting property video shoots, reels, promotional videos, and client interviews. Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Social Media Management: Manage and regularly update our social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Website Management: Update website content, upload property listings, maintain project details, and ensure the website remains current and professional.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging captions, promotional content, property descriptions, and marketing campaigns.
- Lead Generation: Support online marketing campaigns to generate enquiries from property buyers, sellers, investors,



and tenants.
- Brand Development: Maintain consistent branding and improve the company's online visibility and digital presence.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor social media engagement, website traffic, campaign performance, and lead generation.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube management.
- Basic website management skills, preferably WordPress or a similar CMS.
- Good communication, creativity, and content-writing skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and online lead generation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in digital marketing, graphic design, content creation, or social media management.
- Experience in real estate, property marketing, or a related industry is an advantage.
- A portfolio of previous designs, videos, or social media campaigns will be preferred.
