We are looking for an experienced and customer-friendly Telecaller who can communicate fluently in Odia and assist customers with their queries regarding our healthcare and Ayurvedic products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and respond to product-related queries.
- Provide basic information about Ayurvedic and healthcare products.
- Assist customers with orders, delivery updates, and other customer service issues.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain customer records.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through polite and qualified communication.
