Job SummaryMYLABS Healthcare is looking for a skilled and responsible Phlebotomist cum Lab Technician to handle blood sample collection from patients at home, corporate camps, and diagnostic centers. The candidate will also be responsible for managing corporate clients, ensuring proper sample handling, assisting with basic sample processing, and maintaining accurate records.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCollect blood samples from patients at home, corporate health camps, and diagnostic centers.
- Handle corporate health check-up camps and coordinate with corporate clients professionally.
- Ensure proper sample labelling, identification, storage, and transportation as per laboratory protocols.
- Perform basic laboratory sample processing, including centrifugation, aliquoting, and sample preparation, as applicable.
- Maintain accurate patient records, sample logs, and daily collection reports.
- Enter patient details, test information, and collection data into the computer system.




- Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely sample dispatch and processing.
- Maintain hygiene, infection control, and biomedical waste disposal standards.
- Ensure a professional and courteous approach while interacting with patients and corporate representatives.
- Assist with daily laboratory operations and other duties assigned by the management.
- Required Qualifications & SkillsDMLT / BMLT or relevant qualification in Medical Laboratory Technology.
- Experience in blood sample collection and venipuncture is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory sample processing and handling.
- Computer knowledge is mandatory, including basic data entry, MS Excel, and laboratory software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel for home collections and corporate camps as required.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a responsible attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred CandidateA candidate who is versatile, patient-friendly, well-organised, and capable of managing both field-based sample collection and diagnostic center responsibilities.
