Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job SummaryBrite Engineers is looking for a detail-oriented and organized HVAC Planning Engineer to support project planning, material requests, scheduling, progress monitoring, resource allocation, and coordination of HVAC installation and execution activities. The candidate will assist in ensuring projects are completed within the planned schedule and according to technical requirements.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare HVAC project schedules, material requests, work plans, and activity timelines.
- Monitor daily project progress and compare actual performance with planned schedules.
- Coordinate with HVAC Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Track manpower, materials, equipment, and site requirements.
- Assist in material planning and coordinate with procurement and stores teams.
- Maintain project records, drawings, BOQs, and documentation.
- Identify delays and assist in developing corrective action plans.
- Update project trackers and maintain Excel-based planning reports.




- Coordinate installation activities for Split AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, Package AC, and VRF/VRV systems.
- Support project meetings and communicate updates to the management team.
- Ensure planning activities align with project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines.
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes.
- Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and HVAC drawings.
- Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
- QualificationDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant HVAC knowledge may apply.
- Candidates with HVAC project planning or site coordination experience will be preferred.
