1. JOB DETAILSJob Position: Petrol Pump Attendant / Fuel Filling Staff

Job Location: As per company allocation

Job Type: Full-Time

Accommodation: Free Accommodation, as per company conditions

Food: Food expenses are the employee's responsibility.

2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIESThe employee must perform the following duties at the petrol pump:

- Fill petrol and diesel into vehicles according to customer requirements.
- Greet customers politely and provide positive customer service.
- Confirm the required quantity of petrol or diesel before filling.
- Show the customer that the fuel meter reading is at ZERO before starting.
- Show the final meter reading after filling.
- Thank the customer after completing the service.
- Handle cash and digital payments carefully.
- Check payment amounts and confirm successful online transactions.
- Inform the manager immediately if there is any cash difference or QR code payment problem.
- Follow all petrol pump safety rules and company instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workplace.
- 3. DRESS CODE & UNIFORMTwo sets of uniforms will be provided.
- Safety shoes and uniform expenses are the employee's responsibility.
- The total uniform and safety shoe cost is ₹3,900/-.
- This amount will be deducted from the first month's salary, as communicated by the company and subject to applicable law.
- Employees must wear a clean and properly washed uniform.
- Employees must maintain personal hygiene and a neat appearance.
- Employees must follow the company's grooming rules, including its clean-shave requirements, subject to applicable policies and law.
- 4. PERSONAL HYGIENE & DISCIPLINEMaintain personal cleanliness and a neat appearance.
- Wear a clean uniform during duty hours.
- Treat customers, managers and fellow employees respectfully.
- Follow reasonable instructions given by the manager.
- Report arguments, conflicts or workplace problems to the manager immediately.
- 5. TOBACCO & ALCOHOL POLICYConsuming gutka or chewing tobacco during duty hours in or around the petrol pump premises is strictly prohibited.
- Consuming alcohol during duty hours or reporting to work under its influence is prohibited.
- Employees must follow all workplace safety rules.

MOBILE PHONE USAGEPersonal mobile phone use is not permitted during duty hours.
- In an emergency, employees must obtain permission from the manager before using their phones, wherever practicable.
- 7. LUNCH BREAKA 20-minute lunch break will be provided, as specified in the company rules.
- Employees must coordinate their breaks so that petrol pump operations are not affected.
- 8. CASH & DIGITAL PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITIESCheck all cash payments carefully.
- Verify online payments before confirming transactions.
- Report cash differences, failed transactions or QR code problems to the manager immediately.
- Employees must not intentionally misuse cash or manipulate payment records.
- Any cash shortage or suspected misconduct will be investigated.
- Responsibility will be determined based on the facts and applicable company rules.
- Any recovery or salary deduction must be made only as permitted by applicable law.
- 9. PETROL / DIESEL FILLING ACCURACYConfirm the customer's fuel requirements before filling.
- Check that the meter displays ZERO before starting.
- Fill the correct fuel type and quantity requested by the customer.
- Show the final meter reading to the customer.
- Report any incorrect filling, equipment problem or suspected loss to the manager immediately.
- Any incident resulting in a loss will be investigated, and responsibility will be determined based on the facts and applicable law.
- Any recovery for a loss must comply with applicable law.
- 10. SECURITY CHECKSSecurity checks may be conducted when employees enter and leave the workplace.
- Employees must cooperate with authorised security personnel.
- All petrol pump safety procedures must be followed.
- 11. PERSONAL BELONGINGSEmployees are responsible for taking care of their own bags, purses, clothes and other personal belongings.
- The company is not responsible for personal belongings that employees fail to safeguard, subject to applicable law.




- Employees must not bring prohibited items into restricted workplace areas.

12. FREE ACCOMMODATIONThe company will provide the following accommodation facilities:

- Clean room
- Bed
- Stove
- Plates
- Empty gas cylinder

Important: The company will not provide cooking gas, rice, vegetables or other food items under this accommodation arrangement.

- 13. FOOD EXPENSESAll food expenses must be paid by the employee.
- Employees must arrange cooking gas, rice, vegetables and other food items at their own expense.
- Employees may cook together with their roommates and fellow employees.
- Employees must maintain cleanliness in the accommodation and shared cooking areas.
- 14. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATESCandidates must read and understand all job conditions, rules and regulations before joining.
- By accepting the job, candidates are expected to follow the company's lawful workplace rules and perform their assigned duties responsibly.
- Candidates should confirm their job requirements, salary, accommodation arrangements and other conditions before travelling to the work location.
- If a candidate joins the job but leaves after a few days, one week or two weeks, or leaves because they do not like the work, the company will not provide additional money or travel expenses for their return journey, as stated in the recruitment conditions.
- Any payment or reimbursement legally due to an employee must be handled in accordance with applicable law.
