Job Summary

Skanda Constructions is looking for a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction site execution, supervision, and project coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and suppliers.

Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with required standards.

Check measurements, prepare quantity estimates, and maintain site records.

Monitor material requirements, usage, and wastage at the site.

Ensure adherence to safety procedures and housekeeping standards.

Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to the project manager.





Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

Assist in planning and executing civil construction works within the project timeline.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in civil construction and site supervision.

Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and civil engineering practices.

Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and structural plans.

Knowledge of site measurements, quantity estimation, and quality control.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred.

Positive communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Ability to manage site activities independently and work effectively with a team.
