? JOB OVERVIEWWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Insurance Retention to manage a team of insurance executives and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role focuses on retaining existing life insurance policyholders through outbound calls, encouraging policy continuation and timely premium payments. This is a retention process, not a sales process.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage and supervise a team of insurance retention executives.

- Monitor team performance, productivity, call quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure daily targets and KPIs, SLAs, quality standards and turnaround times are met.




- Allocate tasks effectively and monitor team workload and performance.
- Guide team members on customer conversations related to policy continuation and premium payments.
- Maintain process quality and customer satisfaction.
- Track daily performance and support the team in achieving operational targets.
