1.Supervise daily manufacturing activities on the shop floor.

2.Ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.

3.Monitor production progress and provide regular updates to management.

4.Coordinate with technicians and operators to achieve production targets.

5.Material Planning & Coordination.

6.Identify material requirements for technicians and production activities.

7.Coordinate with stores and purchase departments for timely availability of raw materials and consumables.

8.Ensure proper material issue to the shop floor as per production plan.

9.Minimize material shortages, delays, and wastage.

10.Delivery, Dispatch & Logistics

11.Plan and coordinate dispatch and delivery schedules as per customer requirements.

12.Supervise loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods.





13.Ensure proper packing, handling, and identification of materials.

14.Coordinate with transporters for timely delivery.

15.Guide and support technicians to ensure correct working methods.

16.Should be able to get quotes from the vendors while arranging the required materials for the technicians.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduation (preferred)

Experience: 3-5 years in manufacturing / shop floor supervision

Working Conditions
