- Job Responsibilities:Call customers and explain products, features, pricing, and available offers.
- Generate sales through customer interaction and follow-up calls.
- Provide customers with proper and accurate information about products.
- Maintain customer and sales-related entries and records.
- Handle basic office/computer-related work as required.
- Candidate Requirements:Students are not eligible to apply for this position.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of computers.
- Must know how to operate a Desktop/Laptop.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is required for making entries and maintaining records.
- Should be comfortable with Internet Surfing and Gmail.
- Valuable communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Candidates should be confident in speaking with customers and explaining products.
