About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Solar Sales team in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, explaining solar solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through field visits, calling, references, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with potential residential and commercial customers.
- Explain solar products, solutions, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits when required.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update lead/customer information.
- Stay updated about solar products, market trends, and competitors.
- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
- Fresher candidates with valuable communication skills can also apply.
- Candidates with experience in solar, real estate, insurance, telecom, or other sales fields will be preferred.
