We are looking for experienced and motivated Lead Generation Executives to join our team for a US-based project. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, confidence in handling international calls, and experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales.

- Job Title: Lead Generation Executive
- Location: Center Plaza, Near Torrent, Opposite SBI Bank, Kalyan Naka, Bhiwandi
- Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 per month
- Incentives: Weekly and monthly incentives based on successful conversions
- Working Days: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
- Weekly Off: 2 days per week (Saturday and Sunday)
- Job Type: Full-time, work from office
- Transportation: Night-shift transportation is not provided
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the United States.
- Generate and qualify leads according to company criteria.
- Pitch company products and services to prospective US clients.
- Identify customer needs and assess prospects' interest.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads,



and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate lead conversion.
- Follow up with potential clients to improve conversion rates.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, international calling, or sales is required.
- Strong spoken English communication skills; an American accent is preferred.
- Experience communicating with US clients is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Ability to handle outbound calls confidently and professionally.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and focused on achieving results.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Information

- This is an office-based night-shift position in Bhiwandi.
- Candidates must arrange their own transportation for commuting to and from the office.
- Applicants should be comfortable working from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
