- Install, configure, and commission ATM machines at customer locations.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of ATMs.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to ATM systems.
- Replace faulty ATM components such as card readers, cash dispensers, receipt printers, power supplies, and other peripherals.
- Ensure ATM uptime as per SLA requirements.
- Attend service calls and resolve issues within the defined TAT.
- Maintain service reports, call logs, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with customers, banks, and internal support teams for issue resolution.
- Conduct site surveys and assist in ATM relocation and deployment activities.
- Follow all safety and security guidelines during field operations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure proper utilization.
