### Job Responsibilities

* Develop new business opportunities and generate sales leads.

* Handle sales of HVAC, ventilation, and industrial products.

* Identify and approach consultants, contractors, builders, architects, and industrial clients.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

* Prepare technical and commercial quotations and negotiate pricing.

* Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Conduct client meetings and site visits as required.

* Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for order execution.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.





* Maintain sales reports and update the sales pipeline regularly.

### Skills Required

* Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

* Experience in HVAC, ventilation, MEP, or industrial product sales preferred.

* Knowledge of fans, dampers, air curtains, and related products is an advantage.

* Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, builders, and industrial clients.

* Positive communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.

* Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

### Eligibility

* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.

* 0–8 years of relevant sales experience.

* Candidates with experience in HVAC, MEP, ventilation, or industrial product sales will be preferred.
