Key Roles and Responsibilities (KRA)

· Assist with end-to-end recruitment and candidate hiring activities.

· Source and screen candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.

· Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal interviewers.

· Conduct initial telephonic screening of applicants.

· Maintain and regularly update candidate logs and employee records.

· Assist with candidate onboarding and joining formalities.

· Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including offer letters and employee files.





· Track attendance and leave records.

· Coordinate with employees regarding day-to-day HR queries.

· Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining internal trackers.

· Support employee engagement activities and internal company initiatives.

· Assist the HR team with administrative and operational tasks.

Additional Requirements

· Required Skills: Basic understanding of core HR and recruitment workflows.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office.

· Soft Skills: Good verbal/written communication, strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and strict confidentiality.

· Mindset: Positive attitude, high attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a corporate setting.

· Learning Outcomes: Hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR documentation.
