We're looking for someone who can take care of our customers and coordinate the daily operations behind every flower delivery.

Flowers are personal. A delayed anniversary bouquet isn't just a logistics issue. This role is about keeping that customer experience at the centre of everything we do.

Based at our dispatch centre in New Delhi, you'll:

• Own customer communication across WhatsApp (ZOKO), phone and in-store interactions. Handle concerns with empathy and keep customers informed before they need to follow up.

• Coordinate with florists on order priorities, delivery slots, special requests, challans and personalised messages.





• Plan delivery routes, assign riders, help resolve delivery issues and track on-time performance.

• Prepare purchase lists with florists, flag low stock, and maintain purchase and wastage records to avoid shortages and over-ordering.

We're looking for strong written and verbal communication, sound judgment, and someone who takes ownership until an issue is resolved.

Experience in customer-facing operations, CRM or service delivery in hospitality, e-commerce, premium services or a similar quick-paced business would be relevant.
