Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor specializing in real estate content to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating captivating videos that showcaseproperties, neighbourhood, and lifestyle features to attract potential buyers. They should be proficient in video editing software and possess a keen eye for detail to produce high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand standards.

Education and Experience:

● Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or related field preferred.

● Candidate should be comfortable in working from office.

● Minimum of 1 years of experience in video editing, with a focus on real estate content would be prefer.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
2. Edit raw footage into polished videos that highlight property features, amenities, and surrounding areas.
3. Incorporate motion graphics, titles, and visual effects to enhance video content and convey key selling points.
4. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all video projects.
5. Optimize video Editing for various platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
6.



Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate video marketing.
7. Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improving video content and processes.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in the real estate or related industry.

2. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci resolve, Photo shop, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

3. Strong understanding of video production techniques, including shooting, lighting, and audio.

4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.

5. Creative mind-set with the ability to think outside the box and innovate.

6. Strong communication and collaboration skills

7. Portfolio showcasing previous work in real estate video editing.

Designation: Video EditorSalary

Experience: 20000/- to 30000/- (Depends on Competency)
