Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday half-day)

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Hirelynk is a multi-service business offering hospitality recruitment, international placements, travel and tourism services, currency exchange facilitation through appropriate authorized partners, and consultancy services.

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Executives to support our business expansion, acquire new clients, generate quality leads, and develop strategic partnerships.

Job Role

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting company services, identifying potential customers, developing business relationships, generating leads, and converting prospects into business opportunities across our service verticals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

- Identify and approach potential clients, including hotels, resorts, hospitality institutes, colleges, corporate clients, and travel agencies.

- Generate new business opportunities for recruitment, placement, travel, tourism, and consultancy services.

- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and professional networking.

- Schedule client meetings, explain company services, and share business proposals.

- Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term business relationships.

2. Marketing & Lead Generation

- Promote company services through online and offline marketing activities.

- Support social media promotions, campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.

- Generate enquiries through networking, referrals, and business outreach.

- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to improve lead generation.

- Monitor competitor activities and identify potential market opportunities.

Partnerships & Relationship Management

- Develop partnerships with hotels, resorts, colleges, travel agencies, and corporate organizations.

- Build and maintain a database of potential clients and business partners.

- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions.

- Follow up on proposals, agreements, and pending business opportunities.

4. Sales Follow-up & Reporting

- Respond to enquiries and explain relevant company services.

- Follow up with leads until they convert or are appropriately closed.

- Maintain daily records of calls, meetings, enquiries, and conversions.

- Prepare daily and weekly marketing and business development reports.

- Work towards assigned monthly lead-generation and revenue targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence in calling, pitching, and meeting prospective clients.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business.

- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

- Willingness to learn about recruitment, travel, tourism, and consultancy services.

- Any graduate can apply.

- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.

- Candidates with experience in marketing, sales, business development, or client acquisition will be preferred.

- Experience in hospitality, recruitment, education, or travel services is an added advantage.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

- Performance-based incentives for achieving agreed targets.
