We are looking for an active and motivated Field Sales Executive to work on the ground, connect with potential customers, generate leads, and promote our rooftop solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential areas, markets, and potential customer locations.
- Generate leads and collect customer contact details for solar installations.
- Explain the benefits of rooftop solar systems to customers.
- Identify interested customers and schedule follow-up calls or meetings.
- Maintain a daily record of leads, customer details, and field activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.




- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Confidence in approaching and interacting with new people.
- Previous field sales or lead-generation experience is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
