We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our Westside team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting products.
- Provide product information and styling suggestions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Maintain product displays, stock availability, and store cleanliness.
- Support billing, replenishment, and inventory activities as required.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Follow store policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Preferred Experience: Retail sales, fashion, apparel, or counter sales.
- Gender: Male and Female candidates can apply.
- Skills: Good communication, customer service, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
Working Conditions:
- Duty Hours: 10 hours per day, as per store schedule.
- Weekly Off: Between Monday and Thursday.
- Festive Season: Candidates must be willing to work during festivals and peak sales periods.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and interview.
